I'm trying to finish my training in being a licensed Veterinary Technician and wanted to apply for MyCAA for this upcoming semester.
I'm on the MyCAA website trying to create an account, but after I enter all the needed information and click next... Nothing happens. Nothing pops up, the page doesn't change. Has anybody else had this problem? Also, I really rather not apply for it online, the school I'm attending is online, through three different colleges, and sponsered through a hospital, I don't want anything getting confused and have the chance of being denied. Is there any way I can physically sit with someone and show them all the information myself? Thank you for any and all help!

Apparently, it isn't compatible with safari so you have to use firefox or internet explorer and then it lets you continue. I hope this will help! |

It most likely has to do with your browser.. I had a similar problem and I email tech support and they told me to try firefox.com and it worked after that.

I just finished applying for MyCAA and I also attend an online university. It helps for me to call the financial aid office at my school and I asked them if they participated in the program and if the listing they had on the MyCAA website was correct. They were very helpful with everything. Hope this helps.
