FSSA
Has anyone used the FSSA (Family Subsistence Supplemental Allowance)?

I went to the web site which is www.dmdc.osd.mil/fssa
for what I am understanding is you can receive the benefits but you are choosing to not use/apply for food stamps.

Can anyone help me on this?

We don't get it up it depends on how much you make, I am not sure what your hubby's rank is or how many dependents you have that will all make a difference!
