What is the deal with transferring the GI Bill to spouses and dependents? Do we know for 100% they will pass this? If not what are other options for financial assistance now a days?

What does that stand for? I googled it and the stuff that came up didn't look like it would match.

Found it. I doesn't apply to where I live. Don't want to wait until August so I have to keep looking for something else in the meantime. Thanks for the tips!
