    Question about problems with doctors

I'm not really sure where to put this- who do I call if I am having a problem with the care I am receiving from my OB?

You can complain to the head of OB, or you can go to the IG. They have IG drop boxes in the hospitals. Unless you are seen by a civilian provider, then I would complain to TriCare.

If you are being seen on base, go to the patient advocate office. Off base, go to the tricare office. At least this is how I have always done it.

That is what I meant, patient advocate. Where'd I get IG?

If you're being seen on base, I'd file an ICE complaint!

If you are on Prime Remote, you can file a grievance through Tricare. We've had to do it recently. If that doesn't fix the problem, or get your PCM changed or referral (whatever it is you're dealing with), then you can file a complaint through your command to Tricare.

File and ICE complaint if on base, but first talk to the Patient Advocate representative. They are often able to address things a lot faster and mediate between you and the DR.
