    Optometry

    Advertisements
I need to see an optometrist and get a new Rx because my eyes are getting bad. I know that because I'm BF-ing I will need a new script when I stop but I need one now--I'm getting headaches and I don't feel safe driving long distances because of focusing issues. Do I just call the tricare appointment line and go that way to get an appointment?

I just called an off post Optometrist's office, and asked if they took Tricare. I made my appt. and the Optometrist's office handled all of the paper work. I think Tricare covers at the very least one exam per year, with a dilation. At least that's what I have been getting. lol.

yeah what the other lady stated. But just be warned you will only get one eye exam per year ( i don't know if it is fiscal year or year from your last)

    I will miss you SOS...
Please be wary of what you post remember OPSEC is not just another acronym.

i am going to the eye center in Walmart. It sucks because I despise Walmart but I needed a Saturday appointment and I know they are good. Walmart's eye center will take care of ALL the tricare stuff too since the doctor is a vetran lol
