I have always been on Prime. Through all the medical issues that my family has had, we havent paid a penny and just 2 of my kids racked up over 3 million easily in medical bills.

Prime. I was on standard initially because I was preggers and needed to see an OB and we didn't want to wait for a referral through a regular dr. and it ended up costing us a little money. I would definitely go Prime.

active duty doesnt pay anything. call tricare and tell them you want to change to prime. or i believe I saw in an email from them that you can do it from their website now.
