After losing my daughter to stillbirth last year I was made aware of the loss support group, sponsored and run by the hospitals Chaplains office. Unfortunately a lot of those who lose babies at Womack, aren't given the info about our group. I am trying to get the word out so that anyone who might be suffering the loss of a pregnancy or infant, knows they have someplace safe and understanding they can go to to talk and get the support they need.

More and more parents are talking about their grief and honoring the memories of their babies outloud! Thus it seems that there are more losses than ever, when in fact it's just become more normal to seek help and support through their grief. well I hope you can get the word out! I know I wasn't offered anything like this, I was told if I needed to talk with anyone I could and was pushed out the door!
