Family Care Plan
Does anyone out there have like a sample copy of a family care plan? I know that you don't have to go by 'em but I need something to go by! lol I am having trouble trying to put mine together and the ones I recieved from my unit and his unit don't really help me out.... It just confuses me even more! thanks for the help!

NC is very weird when it comes family care plans. If something happens to you or your hubby, your daughter would become a ward of the state until either you are able to take care of your daughter and you or you are able to get a "crazy mommy" POA done to name someone to take care of your daughter.
If you and your hubby can, look into L.I.N.K.S., we are starting to have active duty sessions or you both could come to a spouse session. (next session is on Saturday at 900am till 4. Call 451-1299, let them know you will need childcare (FREE on site). If you have any questions, let me know. |
