 Not sure how big your husband's shop is, but might be a good idea to get couple other wives involved in helping you out, so you're not doing everything by yourself.

There should've been a previous Key Spouse who should've shown you the ropes. If not, then go/call the FRG on base and talk to whoever's in charge of/handles the Key Spouse program. That person's in charge of the monthly meetings you'll attend. Or you can call your husband's First Shirt and start from there.

I'm about to volunteer for the program here in Dover. Mine didn't really interact with me at all so I'm hoping to be a better key spouse to someone else.

Ok, thanks! I know there's a head key spouse over the squadron but I've tried calling her several times and she doesn't answer. I've also sent emails to the former key spouse. I've also sent an email via the squadron spouses site. I am at a loss as to what else I can do. I know the former key spouse for dh's shop is his supervisors wife. Should I try calling her? or just go to the supervisor?
