How I Met My Military Significant Other:
I met my husband in high school. He was in a local band and my friends and I went to see the show. My friend wanted to date one of the musicians and when they got together she wanted me to come along so it wouldn't be awkward. So her date brought the guitarist in the band, who is now my husband.
About Us:
We dated in high school and broke up for a year and a half. I thought about him everyday, but at the time of the break up, i needed my space. Our relationship had become so serious, and I was just too young and immature to appreciate it or handle it. So a year and a half went by and we never so much as spoke a word to eachother. It never stopped being painful. Until one day he e-mailed me and wanted to get together for coffee. We saw each other for the first time in so long and from that moment on we knew it was right. We had spend so long apart and had both grown and yet were still as in love as we had been from the moment we met. Our love has only grown from there. My husband is my soul mate. I will never know what I could have done to deserve such an amazing person in my life.
Dream Sheet:
I hope that the military will put my husband on the career path that he wants.
