    Thanks girl! It took me about 1.5yrs to lose the 40, but I've kept it all off since then. The two biggest factors (I think) were: 1.) I became active again (gym, mainly) and 2.) No eating after 8pm - nothing but water. I don't drink alcohol often and never have pop... but I do eat regular, normal, every day foods (even fast food). Everything in proportion and moderation... but not in the "you can only eat protein the size of your palm, bs" kind of way. More of a "well, I have a bigmac for lunch, so I should probably have a salad for dinner". Common sense... and the weight slowly came off!

    My clinicals start in a few weeks. It's an accelerated program so we have one class at a time that lasts two weeks, then the next class starts. I have class Mon, Wed, Fri, and exams Mon, Wed, Fri! We have an exam in the morning over what we learned the previous class then the rest of the day is new material that's tested on in the next class. It's crazy! I literally have pharmacology in 8 days!

    DB rented a car.... trust me if i was paying there would be NO WAY this would be possible.... but he payed for my ticket, and his amazing sister got us a great hotel room for the weekend!
