  1. Do you have a fb? It'll be easier to send it on there. Remember, there is no such thing as spot training. You can do as much ab exercises as you want, but you will never see results unless you keep burning fat. So pasta is fine every once in a while, but try to hold back on it. Also, you can make numy turkey wraps from whole wheat tortillas, sliced/shredded turkey, shredded cheese, lettuce, and italian dressing.

  5. that was our dinner the other night. Turkey is a great subsitute for anything with ground beef. It's a lot less fatty. Also try whole wheat pasta, it's really good.
  6. Oooooh! I'm going to make spaghetti tonight and was going to use ground beef but now I have to go find ground turkey. Hmm...wonder if that would work or would it taste funny? Ever tried doing that?
  7. it might not be fat weight, ekep that in mind. Muscle weight weighs alotttt more than fat. When I was on my racing diet for moto and BMX I was super anal about what I was eating. 2 months ago was the first time I had eaten red meat in 3 years......or had anything fatty for that matter. It's alright to binge. If you really want to watch your weight, substitute ground turkey for ground beef. VERY yummy
  8. Lol! Geez...I'm hungry again. I've been getting hungry quite frequently these past few days. I've gained 3 pounds. Not sure why that is but it's screwing with my health goals! I had 2 mini bagels, a cup of yogurt with granola, and a cup of milk. Ahhh! I'm a piggy!
