- We've known eachother for 7 years. We dated for a little while when we first met, but were never officially girlfriend/boyfriend until now! Had lost touch and regained it several times over the years. Have loved eachother and couldn't stand eachother a gazillion times in between. We have chased eachother around and around and could never make it work until now... the timing was finally right and we got together after he came home from his last deployment at the end of last year.

Ugh. I am "behind" on "homework" for work. I have been enrolled --against my will-- in a company-wide leadership training program. OK, no prob, I'll go and sit through the seminars and try to apply blah to blah blah blah. I did not sign up for homework!
I went to school already. I have a degree.
Bottom line: we've had 1 seminar a month since February with homework assigned to each one... I have completed exactly 0 assignments.

He was on a short deployment to South America for the last 2- 1/2 months. He came home last week and on the way from SA back to Bragg, he and his team Sgt needed to stop in Miami to give a briefing... so I decided very last minute to switch my days off from work, and drive the 4 hours to see him! (we haven't seen eachother since the beginning of July).
I was only supposed to be there for a day since work is really crappy right now and we're only allowed 1 day off...

As some of you may know, I have been absent from MSOS for a verrrrry long time due to lack of internet at my house. Yes, I have access at work, but they audit our computers and restrict a bunch of stuff, so why bother?
I'm back! I have upped my post count by at least 30 within the last 2 days, also noting that I am procrastinating on laundry b/c I've been on the damn internet all day long. I still need to workout and go grocery shopping, but I think I will put that off until tomorrow...

Just got word that Kristine's grandma passed away this morning. Kristine is on her honeymoon right now. Her family is not going to tell her until she gets home. I don't know what to do b/c I know how upset she gets when she doesn't get this kind of news right away, but at the same time, I want her to enjoy her honeymoon. She had been so stressed leading up to the wedding, they were considering postponing it... I guess I will just be sad for her until she can get back. I want her and Danny to...

Having yet another unproductive day. Although I am definitely doing better than yesterday. I am becoming more and more addicted to MSOS... I am totally sucking time. I am thinking alot about this weekend. I am MOH at my bestie's wedding... and we have quite a schedule planned. Starting tonight with out-of-towners and family "Meet & Greet" poolside at the resort she's being married at. It should be fun, but my company has some strict policies about associates drinking... even...
