    Oh, I don't think my last post to you showed up! I think I sent it to myself...I'm a blonde. Sorry your horse was such a booger. I hope you're feeling ok now! I have slacked all weekend because I was busy with Mother's Day stuff. On Thursday, I was riding and the horse spooked and I pulled a muscle in my groin so I probably needed a couple days off anyway. I have to formulate my plan for the week tonight though. I think levels 1&2 of 6week 6pack tomorrow. Then maybe Burn Fat Boost Metabolism on Tuesday. Or a thigh and a more general one. Not sure yet. What's your week look like? How was your weekend? I should start running again. I hate it.

    Aww. I'm sorry you're having a bad day. I hope you feel better after your ride. When I'm feeling down, I actually do force myself to workout because the endorphins usually help me more than a stiff drink would!

    Sometimes it's hard to fit it in. I had to get some housework done today, so I only got half of level 1 of 6w6p done. Yesterday I did level 2 of yoga meltdown. I plan on doing
    6w6p level 1 and ripped in 30 level 3 tomorrow Let me know how your workout goes!

    I know! I did both workouts. I was a little sore from riding. I haven't actually asked a horse to do work for about 10 years! Only trail riding on horses that walk with their noses up eachothers' butts. I did the dash June 6 last year in Logan, OH. It was REALLY slippery!! I ran it in my Vibrams They're the only article of clothing that got out of that event still usable!

    I haven't worked out for 3 days! Weds I just didn't feel like it I guess. It was my first day off and I wanted to rest. Thurs and Fri I was busy. I'm doing killer buns and thighs level 3 and 6week 6pack level 1 today. Then I guess I'll do more of an all around workout tomorrow. I had planned on doing yoga, but I took too much time off this week. I did go horseback riding on Thursday though! When are you doing the dash?

    Yay for being done with finals! I still have to do my workout tonight. I had to bake cookies and brownies for DB and his roommate and mow my lawn first! I'm doing both levels of 6 week 6 pack tonight. I've been trying to do that 3 days a week, and other routines 3 days a week and yoga once a week. Do you plan your work outs ahead, or just whatever you feel like doing that day?

    Definitely! I'm really fortunate since I live in a suburb, but I have friends that live just a few miles down the road with property. It's a huge blessing while being a student.

    It's a great place to live - if you don't mind city traffic. Lol I'm hoping to live further out in the country one day, but Tulsa is still "home" to me.
