I met him at a party, he went to HS with my best friend. He was actually there with another girl but we knew from that first day we met each other we had something special and he left her to try and talk to me.

We're complete opposites but we have a great relationship when we are together. Even when he is stationed in the US. However Afghanistan has been hard (not in a break up type way or fighting) just emotionally.
