A mutual friend invited me to my DB's apartment to meet him. He was upset because his best friend had left for Basic Training. And he found comfort in me.

He calls me his "pre-fiance" and is already talking about the places we will go in life and the house and dog we can get once we get married and I go with him to whatever base he is stationed at after tech school.
