Cool! When my dad was in the Army, he LOVED S. Korea. I'm doing alright. The guys are getting ready to deploy in November and I'm trying not to think about it too much. It's our first deployment and all. I've been taking German at a language school in Wuerzburg, but I took a long break when my parents visited me for a month. Now, I'm just puttering around. I should probably go back, but it's kind of nice being lazy. hee hee. I'll definitely go back though. It's just a matter of when.

hey, sorry my husband was home for two weeks and i was trying to make the most of the time we had together. thanks for your help. i appreciate it a lot. my husband just got to germany yesterday. he is stationed at vilseck, germany. hopefully, my command sponsorship will be done soon and i can join him. have good long weekend

There are a good number of Malaysians here. I've even shared an office with Malaysian co-workers, yet I still haven't heard (and recognized anyway) Malay. The best part of the Malaysian influence here (IMO) is that it is common to find Laksa on restaurant menus. I love that soup!

My husband is getting deployed later this year. The school I work at is needing a first grade teacher to complete the school year. It looks like I will be going back to Chiang Mai in December until June. I am so excited!!! It is not 100%, but almost. Just need to work out some details. We talked about him meeting me in T-Land for R&R.

I met my DH online. When we first chatted we had so much in common that I actually thought he was stalking me or even reading my mind. After that my life was mostly either on the comp or the phone. He captured my heart from the beginning, but I never knew I was inlove with him until later.
