How I Met My Military Significant Other:

We started talking when I was a Junior in HS and finally met at a bowling ally for our first date...it was soo awkward! Horrible place for a first date haha you can't hear anything, see anything, and it smells! We went out to dinner a couple of times before he left for basic and those were a lot better :) The night before he was suppose to leave he spent the entire day with me and ignored all of the phone calls from his dad telling him to come home and when he finally did end up going home we talked on the phone until three in the morning. After hours of talking before we hung up he asked if I would be his girlfriend so I wouldn't go dating anyone while he was gone for 5 months. It was so cute and we've been together for 3 1/2 years now and still going strong :)

My name is Ashlie, I'm 20 years and go to college blah blah blah lol I'm a dancer and LOVE every end of it...umm aaand yeaaa haha believe me I could go on I'm sure I'm a really talkative person but I find it kind of strange to type to a little box about myself and not an actual person lol OH I love to shop...it's a weakness of mine that I don't really mind :)

About Us:

Oh well I kind of already explained a lot of this in how I met him buttt yea We've talked about getting engaged/marriage and we're waiting until he returns from his deployment to take that next step, but if you ask his mother she's already sworn us together, she introduces me as her future daughter-in-law and swears she's not over bearing haha but I love her :)

Interests & Hobbies:

I like to knit and crochet like an old lady I like to color (yes in coloring books lol) but I also like to draw...and basically any other art's and crafty thing haha I love penguins and the beach

Dream Sheet:

In the future we're both hoping to be married and him going active duty living on a base together. He's decided to make this career and I've decided I can't live with out him so I've decided to make and will continue to make the necessary sacrifices that will come along with his career. Hasn't really hit me yet but my future will hopefully be a future of a full time military girlfriend/wife.

Movies:

My favorite move use to be the Butterfly Effect but I think I might to change it to Baby Mama haha I don't know why but I watch that movie all the time and it never fails to make me laugh

Reading:

It sounds quite juvenile but I enjoy the twilight saga books and my favorite magazine would have to be Cosmo

Occupation:

I'm a Hostess and a sports bar and work the front desk at a doctors office for the time being.
