No more shocked than me too! Was totally not expecting it at all, how did this happen? I think the FRG lady made a point to ask though, so I don't know how accurate it is since it's so early. I bet we'll have about the same date though
Congratulations on graduating! What do you want to do with your degree? I'm kinda' in the same boat too. I had been living in California and had a routine and a job, and then I moved back home to Washington to plan the wedding (that's where it's going to be) and it's like I've got to figure everything out again. I don't know, it's a weird adjustment, but it probably would've been with or without deployment. Are there any volunteer opportunities that you want to get involved in? Or places you want to go explore with friends? I hope you have a great day too!
That's almost how I'm feeling lately too! I'm holding up pretty ok, it's just harder lately having DF deployed than it has been for some reason. But having stuff to look forward to, like wedding planning, makes the next four months feel like nothing. It's kinda' crazy that we're almost at the exact same part of deployment! How have you been doin'?
Aw thank you I was just reading your thread about your man coming home on R&R, let me know if you ever wanna' talk or anything. Deployments have such hard moments sometimes... Thank goodness R&R is soon for you guys though, woot!
Hahaha you're welcome! I'm glad someone else shares our sense of humor!
Thank you, I'm sure it will - one day closer to Friday!
Thanks for the hug! I love that it says, "Edited, reason: added a hug."
Aw thank you! I'm doing great actually - my DB is back for a very short period of time so I'm enjoying the time with him! Dreading the second goodbye, but still grateful for this time together.
