Yeah, we didn't find out until after our stuff was already en route at the end of August. So, we got screwed. But, we're ok with it, I just wanted to know if we would be able to find out why we weren't chosen, other than the obvious reason LOL

He was under the impression that if one has pending orders when submitting in July, that person must stay at the command under results are released.

No. I don't think the committee ever tells the applicants why one is accepted and another is denied. We had hard orders to PCS to Charleston, SC, when DH was selected FY07. We had a report date of January 4, 2008.
