Today I am adding another component to my new lifestyle. I am going to start implementing a low-fat diet along with my low-cal diet.
I also still have a bottle of Alli that I am going to finally try out.
I am doing great with the bodybugg. I love that it tells me how many calories I've burned so that I can tweak my level of activity to form a strong deficit. The only problem is, I haven't lost a single pound since I bought it. Actually, I've gained pound. I
I purchased a body bugg on Friday. I love it so far! I burn way more calories a day than I thought I do. The weight should be falling off in no time!
