    Aww I'm sorry to hear about your loss. With your bf being gone I can only imagine how hard it must be for you to go through this. I hope you feel better soon! I think you should definitely start planning your wedding girl....what a joyful time it will be for you (and I'm sure you can use some right now) and it will certainly help you stay positive!!! You are right, your bf being so excited about your wedding is awesome! Get everything ready for when your man comes back....so all he will have to do is...put a ring on it...LOL!

    Thats the way I look at it, we're getting all the hard stuff out of the way now! Then the easy stuff comes later We're spending majority of our first year of marriage apart, and they say your first year is the hardest lol. So we're knocking out all sorts of hard stuff!

    Oh don't stress out too much hun! It's ok to feel insecure sometimes...don't panic and see how it goes! He jsut left and you probably don't realize he's truly gone...(I know it sure happened to me!) but you will end up missing him so much and want nothing more than being his wife!!! Don't pressure yourself though....allow yourself the kind of thoughts that are going through your mind right now without feeling guilty...it will pass.

How I Met My Military Significant Other:
I have a friend Amanda who I have known probably since I was a sophmore in High School. We do everything together. She started dating a man Corwin who is a marine. They set me up with Spencer after I got out of a bad relationship with another marine. Amanda and Corwin are now married and Spencer and I are better than ever! He and I were the only two people at the wedding of our two best friends :) Its when we really started to fall in love. :)

I'm Kat, a German and American citizen. I am a student studying Communications Media as well as a minor in German. I enjoy the beach and lake, and sing constantly. 2 of my friends are navy and army gilfriends so I respect ALL branches of military and give props to any military wives fiance's and girlfriends out there! About Us:
I met Spencer through our best freinds. I wasnt ready to date him and we started dating end of Spetember. I wasnt ready to move forward after the bad relationship I had with a different marine but he patiently waited til I was! For three weeks he called me everyday.. I am so glad he waited! hes my best friend and I love him so much! We are getting engaged summer of 2010! I am so excited!
