So I saw your thread of your weight loss and you look fantastic. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing what you did to get such an amazing transformation

Hey, I just saw your thread about B6...next time you go back to see Dr. Gayle, ask him to give you some prenatals that have extra B6 vitamins in them...they are designed to help with nausea. I think they were called PremisisRx and they come in a blue box and they are blue tablets. When I was feeling icky, he gave me a ton of samples and they seemed to help and then once those ran out, I went back to my normal prenatals. Also, in case you aren't doing it already, maybe try taking your prenatals at night...that's what I always did, but see if that maybe helps a bit. Sorry you are feeling so icky!! Hopefully it passes soon! Hang in there!
