Chicken and Dumplings (Crockpot)

2-3 chicken breasts
1 can evaporated milk
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 chopped onion
2-3 stalks of celery chopped
salt
pepper
1 can of biscuits (large country style not flakey layers)


Put whole chicken breasts, evaporated milk, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, chopped onion and celery in crockpot and season entire mixture with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (can cook for as long as you want). 2 hours before serving take chicken breasts out and shred, add back to mixture in crock pot. Pull biscuits into small chucks and roll into ball and throw in crock pot. Cook on high for 1 1/2-2 hours or until biscuits are no longer doughy.
