I just posted in the Do you like Casserole thread and it made me want tuna casserole really bad for dinner tonight. This is how I usually make it but I may want to try something new...

I use a tablespoon of white vinegar and a tablespoon of soy sauce, and about a half cup of shredded cheese in the mixture, then sprinkle grated Paemesan over the top. I also go with the reduced-sodium option on everything, except that I add chicken bouillon to the water when boiling the noodles.

I use egg noodles, cream of mushroom, Velveeta (which you could leave out since you don't like cheese), tuna obviously, and peas. So pretty much how you already make it but with different noodles and no hot sauce.

I made the tuna noodle casserole on the back of the Campbell mushroom soup label the other day and it was very yummy the only this is I added some velvetta cheese and instead of using Bread crumbs i just ripped up a few pieces of bread stirred it and baked it. My DH and I loved it!
Another thing i like to make and its supper yummy and fast and easy is use Kraft mac n cheese and prepare it as normal then stir in peas, 1/2 to 1 can of cream of mushroom soup tuna and again tear up bread and stir in it. My DH's mom used to make this all the time when he was growing up. So he loves it!
