New Ideas: Tuna Casserole

If I make a casserole I use the Mac and Cheese noodles. I also make this kick A** Tuna salad.

1 can Tuna
Half a green apple
Handful pecans
Miracle whip (however much you like)
Saltines

I empty tuna in bowl then chop the apple into pieces, put in the chopped pecans, then miracle whip and last saltines and mix it all together and it is

i love tuna cassarole but since i am on a diet i use brown rice instead of noodles

Tuna
Brown Rice
Cream of Mushroom
Corn
Pepper Jack Cheese

I make the rice first then mix in the tuna, corn and pepper jack cheese.

I bake until it starts to bubble then i serve
