For mine I brown ground turkey (ground beef if thats what you like) with some garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning, then drain it. I use the lasagna noodles that are no boil, its much easier!
Heres how I layer mine: -pour some tomato sauce in the bottom -layer of noodles -half of ground meat -tomato sauce -noodles -riccota cheese (with one beaten egg mixed in) -mozzarella cheese -tomato sauce -noodles -other half of meat -tomato sauce -mozzarella cheese I cook mine on 375 for 45 minutes with foil on top untill the last 10 minutes or so so that the cheese won't get too brown. Hope that helps! Also, its just the hubby and I so I usually only make a small pan of it, not a 13X8 pan, or whatever the regular casserole size is. For the small size I use a pound of ground meat, half a container of riccota, and one bag on mozzarella cheese, double that for the regular size pan.

I use Tyler Florence's Food 911 recepie, it is the best!
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/t...ipe/index.html It is awesome because it doesn't get all runny, then the slices fall all apart.
