I have a no fail recipe that calls for a box of stovetop as the "breadcrumb" binder... I always add in 1 cup of water and at least 1 egg to mine.

as far as the seanoning goes i use all spice for like burgers and such maybe a tbsp to 1 1/2 some pepper and a little salt.
i use 2 eggs and just beat up saltines. onion when i have it ((Witch is not very often)) and i dont know if your a ketchup person i take ketchup and put it around the outside and mix it with about a cup of water depending on how deep and wide your pan is. And i cover it for the first 20 mins of baking. then i usually add a little more water and put it back in uncovered for about 20 mins depending on how done it is at time of check. |

I always add 2 slices of bread, instead of breadcrumbs. I also use a Lipton's Onion soup mix packet!
