Breaded Chipotle Chicken Breast
I made this up last night when I was struggling to pull a meal together because we have NO food and need to go shopping really bad
![]() Anyway, you'll need: -Boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used 2 but had extra bread crumbs that could have covered 1-2 more breasts) -1/2 cup of bread crumbs (I used parmesan since that is all I had but I'm sure other flavors would work too) -Chipotle Powder add to taste, I would say no more than 1-1.5 tablespoons or it will be way too much. -An egg 1. Mix the bread crumbs & chipotle powder together evenly in a pan you can use to dip the chicken in. 2. Dip the chicken breasts in egg and then get a nice coat of the bread crumb & chipotle mixture. 3. Then cook I used my George Foreman Grill and cooked them for about 10 minutes each. They are really good with ranch & dh ate his with salsa. These would make awesome chicken fingers too. Super easy, quick & good
