Taco Bake!
My gf at work told me about this and I'm not joking it's wonderful. All 4 (including my husband) of my boys loved this and it's cheap and easy!
Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning to beef. Make box of Mac N Cheese but instead of adding milk add sour cream.(same amount as milk on the box) Layer in a casserole dish.... Mac N Cheese Ground beef Shredded cheddar cheese Mac N cheese Bake @ 400 for 15-20 min Spread salsa over top Sprinkle more shredded Cheddar Bake for 5 more minutes....

So I was browsing through this forum to get ideas on future dinners i could make, cause im really not much of a cook. But this sounded soooooooo good and easy that I think I'm going to make it for DB and I tonight.
