First time I tried making crusted chicken

I do the chicken with apple juice and honey mustard all the time. Its amazing

I use the thin sliced chicken, and I let the chicken sit in the apple juice and honey mustard all day with a bunch of minced garlic. I mix panko breadcrumbs with some basil, garlic powder, parsley, and a bunch of parm and dip the chicken in it til its got a big thick coating. I put it in a frying pan and fry it up. It gets crispy that way!
