Hey ladies. 1st time posting a recipe on here.

Roasted Garlic & Peppers Pasta with Parsley&Walnut side overtop salad

1 portion of spaghetti - boiled 3/4 cooked
7 cloves of garlic- roasted till brown (and mushy)
4 Long Red chili peppers - roasted till skin blackens
1 small red onion diced (white will do just fine too)
4 walnuts Roasted till brown
3 prigs of parsley

Seasoning
1 tbs sugar
2 tbs Balsamic vinegar
2 tbs light soya (substitute with salt)
1 tps Honey
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pepper

method:

Throw cloves of garlic into oven and leave till cooked and browned
roast chili peppers over open heat till skin blackens, leave and cool. Then peel of skin till you get a clean membrane, slice into 2 and remove all seeds, coat in olive oil and leave aside.

When Garlic is cooked, remove skin and mash the garlic till you get a paste

Boil pasta till 3/4 cooked, drain and leave aside
Bring a pan to heat, splash some olive oil in. When oil is hot enough, fry garlic paste and onions together till fragrant.
Add seasoning of either soya or salt, sugar and par fry till they come together.
Then add pasta and mixed well.
cook for about 3 mins on high heat.
Plate

Place walnuts into oven and remove after 3 mins, coat with honey.
Take parsley, chop into thirds and dress with balsamic vinegar.


Assembly

Take the 8 slices of chili peppers (that have been soaking in olive oil- pat dry to remove extra Oil) and place in a criss cross motion over pasta pile.
Then take a bunch of dress parsley and place overtop
For the finishing touch, place the walnuts coated in honey and
