Easy Chicken Enchiladas! - Main Dishes

Ingrediants:
Pre-cooked shredded chicken
Sour Cream
Salsa
Shredded cheese
Enchilada sauce

Take a baking dish, spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix some sour cream and salsa in a bowl, however much of each you'd like.

Put a soft tortilla shell in the baking dish, add already cooked shredded chicken, sour cream/salsa mixture and shredded cheese (any kind you like, I prefer the shredded Mexican mix bag cheese)

Repeat this step for however many enchilada's you'd like.

Add the canned enchilada sauce, either the red or green (I prefer the green) on top of all of the enchilada's.

Bake on 350 until the cheese melts and the sauce on top is bubbling. I'm serious, it's that easy.
