HELP! spag sauce nightmare!
I use to make spaghetti sauce by pouring out the Prego! LOL BUUT I always hate the running watery sauce that it ends up turning into...and the flavor is so blahhhh
SOOOOO I now use Ragu Graden Veggie (so delish) and put a can of paste in to thicken it up....BUUUUUUUUT it still needs some work....HELP! I can't make it from scratch so anyone have ideas on how to spruce up jar sauce? |

I buy packets of Thick and Zesty seasoning packets (It's with the packets of gravy and taco seasoning, etc). My local grocer doesn't have it but Walmart does. I also add Spicy Spag. Seasoning that I buy at Sam's, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, and Minced Garlic. That's all I can think of right now since I am at work and can't look in the cabinet. I just add until it tastes the way I want it. Usually too much garlic for him.
