4 pt "Spaghetti" and Meatballs for my Weight Watcher ladies
i don't know about you girls, but when i was counting WW points, as i started to creep down the scale and lost points or if i had a really stressful day and might've "over done it" alittle earlier on-- dinner could be a tough one for me.
i dug this recipe out of my stash and i thought i'd share with you. yes, you could add some other point worthy ingredients, but are you really going to complain about a 4 pt dinner? 1 package of Shirataki Tofu Noodles - Spaghetti cut 1 serving of homemade tomato sauce (0 pts)-- canned tomatoes, garlic browned in cooking spray instead of olive oil, basil, parsley, a bay leaf (pick out before serving) salt and pepper and 4 oz (before cooking) of turkey meat balls total: 4 pts turkey meatballs: ake 1lb whatever ground 99% FF turkey breast 2-3 Tbsp egg white 1 or 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 small white/red onion finely chopped 1 cup (approx when raw) mushrooms"sauteed" with non-stick spray until tender, then roughly chopped. 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp each of oregano, basil, parsley place on broiling pan and broil until golden brown on all sides (turn once). cooking time will depend on your oven and the size of your meatballs.
