Creole Salmon
2 portion size pieces of salmon
1 can diced tomatoes 1 Green Pepper, diced. 1 small onion, diced. Dash of worcestershire sauce (I use two capfulls) Small shake of tobasco (or similar) sauce 1 Tablespoon sugar 2 Tablspoon Olive Oil Coat a pyrex with Pam Cooking Spray. In a saucepan, simmer diced tomatoes, onion, and green pepper until tender. Add the Worcestershire, tobasco, and sugar. Put salmon in pyrex and cover with sauce. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
