If you had a nice pork tenderloin, how would you cook it? Cook it whole in the oven? Cut it up in medallions? Would you bread it?

I've cooked it whole and roasted it, and I've cut it into medallions.. as long as you don't over bake it, it turns out great either way.. I'd marinate it or coat it in herbs/olive oil/lemon zest but I wouldn't bread it..

Ooh, it's great marinated in a whole grain mustard too... Pork takes well to all sorts of marinades.

Don't cut it up before cooking! It'll dry out! Cook it in the oven slowly, it will fall apart and be SOOOOO delicious.
I love pork tenderloin.

I have made this recipe quite a few times and
it. DF doesn't like stuffing so one time we just substituted brown rice. http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes...ng-107309.aspx
