Ok, here is another one. I have left over cooked chicken breast pieces that i dont know what to do with. I want to spice it up. I have already made a fettuccinni (sp?) alfredo in the past week. So anyone have any good ideas? I am limited on the stuff i have to make with it. I need to get some more essentials one of these days. Any suggestions is great though!...

I like to shred it up and make chicken nachos, enchildas or quesdillas.

I like to cube it up and throw it in with some cooked onions, garlic, peppers, spices, balsamic, and put it over rice. You can also shred it up and make chicken salad. Another thing that is really good is if you get a round loaf of bread add the chicken. Chop it up with onions, provolone, and mushrooms and make a big sandwich. It takes minutes and delicous!

I have a recipe for really, really good chicken salad, but I hardly ever make it that way.
Normally, I just chop up a green apple, some red grapes, and throw in some chicken, salt and pepper and then some mayo.
