Grilled Pork Chops in Marinade
![]() 20 ounce pre sliced pineapple 1/2 C. Italian Dressing (although I used almost a cup) 3 TBLSP Brown Sugar (or to taste) 2 LBS Pork Chops (I only marinated 3 pork chops) 1. Drain Pineapple and reserve juice. Mix Italian Dressing, Pineapple Juice, Soy Sauce and Brown Sugar in shallow dish. 2. Add pork chops and coat meat with sauce. Add pineapple slices to tops of porkchops. Cover dish. Marinate 3 hours. 3. Preheat grill or broiler. 4. Pour excess sauce into small pot and bring to boil. 5. Grill chops and baste with boiled marinade. 10 to 12 minutes per serve. 6. Serve over white rice.
