Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti - Main Dishes

1 chicken or 4 chicken breast
1 cup chopped onions ( i leave out )
1 cup chopped bell pepper ( i also leave out )
12 oz pkg spaghetti
1 stick margarine
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup OR 1 can of cream of mushroom & 1 can of cream of chicken
1lb Velveeta cheese
1-8oz pkg cream cheese
1 small jar pimentos ( drained ) ( i don't use also )

Cook chicken until tender - cut into bite size pieces
Save broth to cook spaghetti in, add water if needed
Drain
Saute onions and bell peppers in margarine
Melt Velveeta and cream cheese in a saucepan ( or micro )
Mix all ingredients together
Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray
Pour into dish
Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until it starts to bubble

Sorry typed it from the cook book my step mom made me when i was 19

We actually call that our version of chicken tetrazzini. I'm definitely going to copy that because I LOVE that stuff. Thanks!!

I will have to scale down the cheese a little bit b/c I love velveeta but anything super cheesey makes me gag. It sounds really super yummy though! YUMM!
