    Is this normal?

I'm really hoping that it's just stress, but I'm worried. I'm not the same around DB anymore and I can see that it hurts his feelings. I hate being touched most of the time, I am snappy and moody, and just over all I'm being a BITCH... I don't mean it. I love him and he's still the one I want to be with. But I'm scared I'll push him away. I blame all the financial, academic, everything else stress that's taking over my life right now. I really hope that once finals are over and I find a job for the summer and a place to live for next year, I'll be able to relax and be back to my usual self. Oh and my sex drive has been pretty much dead lately. I've been feeling so overwhelmed and exhausted the last couple weeks. And it's only gonna get worse for the next 3 weeks until finals over. I have pretty severe ADHD so everything on my mind becomes a clusterfuck and sorting it out is nearly impossible without making the situation worse for myself.

Has this happened to anyone else? Things will be okay, right?

that could have something to do with it, the pill can make you moody and can effect your sex drive, that along with the stress

Will it go away eventually? They say give your body 3 months to adjust to the BC, right?

i was thinkin BC too. yaz kills my sex drive. idk why. could also be affecting your hormones in addition to all your stress AND the readjustment of having him home.

i'm sorry baby. i think the combination of those things makes it normal to be short and cranky. i hope things get better

give yourself time to adjust, but if you are feeling it is effecting you too much, go and see your Dr about other bc forms

I'm going to stick it out through finals and hope he understands... I've explained it to him and begged him to not take anything personally but that's hard to do. He's definitely confused and I hate myself for that. If things don't even out by the end of June, I definitely have a problem. How's the Nuva ring, do you girls know? And thank yous!!!

my birth control at the moment is pregnancy (you can't get preggo if you already are right? lol), I have used marina, patch and implanon (aside from pill), the patch sometimes falls off or can be annoying in the wrong position. Marina I wouldn't recommend if you haven't had kids. Implanon I loved untill I got PID (pelvic inflamitory disease)

Basically all birth control besides the pill scares me. So I guess I'll just have to hope that my body will adjust or that I will find one that works. I feel so bad for DB
