    Confused Military Weddings

    Advertisements
Ok this is probably a very basic silly question but are the guys required to wear their dress uniform for weddings? For some reason I have this idea in my head and I probably just made it up but for some reason I'm wondering. Sounds really dumb I know but I was thinking there's certain times when they are required to be in uniform and wasn't sure if this is one of them???

The only time that a specific uniform is required is when it is a Military function. DH wore his Dress uniform for our wedding he looked great. My ex brother in law wore his crackerjacks. It just depends on what you want.

I agree! I have a question too though... Can the groom be the only one in his uniform? Or does he need to have military groomsmen as well? Is it okay for the groom to be in uniform and have all civilian groomsmen?

The groomsmen don't have to be in uniform - it's fine if they're civilians.
