    Hello Future Coastie Girlfriend

    Advertisements
When I came across this site, I was relieved because I am so confused, worried, scared, upset, and feeling all kinds of other emotions. My boyfriend is going to boot camp for the Coast Guard soon, I'm so proud of him and I'm so proud to call him mine, and I need all the help and support I can get. I don't know much about the Coast Guard and I need help with understanding stuff within the Coast Guard itself. If there's anyone who has gone through with their SO going to boot camp for the Coast Guard and/or has a SO in the Coast Guard that can give me tips and support for me as I go through this time, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

My grandfather was in the coast guard and learned so much and saved so many lives. He said it allowed him to grow up and they taught him all about electrical engineering and he became very successful from that! DB is Air Force but the CG is excellent! Be proud and excited! Good luck!
