I wouldn't make him if you're okay with driving down there to see. You get both things that you want out of that deal. I'd just flow with it and see how it goes.

I think if the only reason you wanted him to come there is for the principle of taking turns, then I don't see the point in forcing the issue. I mean, it's going to work out well for both of you this way, anyway, so I don't see any harm.

If you were always going there, I would say y'all need to work something else out, but it doesn't seem that way.

It works out so that you both get to hang out with your friends so I wouldn't be upset. I would just be so happy to get to spend time with him.

Yeah I'm just trying not to make it where I'm always the one doing the traveling!

When I lived 8 hours away I always had to go see him because it was hard for him to get leave and I felt like it made our efforts unbalanced...but now it's been dead equal till now. Guess I can loosen up a bit haha.

I wouldn't make him come, since you are okay with driving to see him. I do understand that you would like him to come there since you just drove to see him..and its his turn to drive. But at least you get to be with him..thats all that matters.

Given the circumstances with the parties and stuff, I wouldn't be upset driving again. It just happens to work best. I'd just kindly remind him I'd appreciate him coming to me the next time.
