i had that happen to me the other night. i hadnt cried since the day i left him and i dont know why all of a sudden it hit me like a sack of bricks. i was hysterical and then i was like "i can't do this!" i turned on some of my favorite music. i was getting ready for my trip that i was going on the next day and then i text him and told him how much i missed him. when he told me he missed me a lot more i started feeling better instantly. when i get like that i try and do something that i really enjoy or talk to one of my friends to get through it! you can do it! :]

it will be ok. you'll have days like that, but it will pass and you'll be stronger because of it. just hang on, you'll see him soon. PM me if you ever want to talk!

I always think to myself, "what would he think if he saw me acting a hot mess like this?" and that usually makes me laugh and snaps me out of it. You know he is not crying so hard that he can not breathe but that doesn't mean that he doesn't miss you too. It won't make him come back any sooner and only gives you a headache. Is this your first separation? They don't get "easier" but it does get easier to manage as it happens more often.

You'll be OK! Just let yourself cry, let it all out. Then start trying to keep your mind occupied on something else. If it helps, how about maybe planning something for his return . Since you see him in 2 weeks, maybe plan something to surprise him, etc . You will get through this, I swear

I am sorry you feel this way, but I think its natural and you need to let it out every once in awhile. When I feel like I miss him so much I usually write him a letter telling him how much I love him and focusing on the things we will do when he gets back. It usually makes me feel better because I am picturing all the good times we will have together..I hope you feel better.
