sometimes i feel like i'm not strong enough or fit for this.

why?! i've done this all of my life...

Everyone has a bad day (week, month) every once in a while. You'll get over it and be fine. You just have to wait for a good day to roll around --or make one yourself.

Don't let the doubt creep in just because you are tired. You will be fine.
