Unaccompanied tours suck! - Long Distance Love

Today marks 14 months... we still have another 15+ and I'm so ready for it to be over. I have no clue how I'm going to make this work for another 15 months... I've been a total mess the last few weeks and I can't seem to pull myself out of this funk. I'm soooo ready for this to be over.

What do you do to get yourself out of a funk?

I know the whole being in two different countries thing is hard and it wears on you. But you have made it this far good for you!

You've come so far!! You're already almost halfway done and if it helps any, your situation has given me hope for mine!!!

I KNOW it has to be so super duper hard but just take it one day at a time..isn't he coming home soon(ish) for a visit?? Maybe make a countdown for that and focus on that baby step!! I'll be praying for you

Yes, he'll be home on leave in December. Thank God.

We made a trip in June and are saving to go out again next summer. Boy is Japan an expensive place to visit! Its a very beautiful place though.
