I fought with DH for over an hour this morning. Why? Because he kept arguing about the fact that he said something and I said he didn't say it. Dumb, right? I kept telling him the argument was so childish and he just decided to stay mad. So I told him I didn't want to talk to him right now... that made it worse. Ugh. I think the distance is really starting to wear us down. Normally we wouldn't argue about the trivial things that we have been lately.

Supposedly, they expect to hand his amended orders to him this week. I'm trying to stay optimistic but not get excited. That would probably put me there by the end of the month.

girl I'm getting the same message- "this week..."

we're also having distance issues. My gpa died so I was outta town and then yesterday our convos were sooo distracted. It was just frustrating because there was so much I wanted to share with him but I didn't have the words. And he was avoiding details and saying things that I couldn't hear but wouldn't repeat. Sweet stuff of course.

T, distance is a huge stress on relationships. DB and I argue over the most trivial things sometimes and then we come back later on and just laugh because it really was something so silly to argue about. I hope you and DH can laugh it off soon

Thanks ladies He text messaged me to tell me he loves me. Once we were on joking terms again, I reminded him (jokingly of course) that he forgot to write me a note for military spouse appreciate day. The day isn't a big deal to me but he had said he was going to write me a letter because he never does that. Since his memory is obviously so great (as pointed out in the OP)... I thought it'd be funny to remind him that he "forgot" this small detail. We laughed a bit about it. I'm just really over this right now.

Teri is on my same page. We're both waiting on amended orders to Vicenza. Both being told "this week" and both just ready for it to be here already. LDR's suck.

Teri... my paperwork had to be sent back to Germany. They have to amend the orders I guess since they are the ones that cut them in the first place.... I don't understand any of this process but it isn't fun.

I'm sorry it seems to be taking so long! Hopefully they'll come around expedite the process so that you can be with your DH. DB and I are going through a similar thing right now but we still have a while until I can move out to be with him.
