Now I REALLY need to get to Italy and start cooking him dinner again.

I slaved long and hard over the stove to put that healthy belly on that man. And bought him lots of beer.

In all seriousness, his new unit is far more active than his old unit was. He's been there 2 weeks and has been doing PT with them from day 1. Even before he started in-processing. They've done ruck marches, 7 mile runs, a diagnostic PT test, and another 4-5 mile "welcome" run. I'm really proud of him! He hasn't been that active in a long time and I know its great for him all the way around.

Plus he joined a little dodgeball league on base.

He has tournaments and such to play in. Cute, huh? Not manly. Cute.

I'm happy to hear that he's adjusting well to his new post despite his deep anger at their lack of urgency to help him with the command sponsorship paperwork.

Every time my DF comes back from a deployment he is always WAY skinny! It takes a whole nother 6 months to fatten him back up (he is a runner so he always burn it off...lol makes me sick!!)

Short shorts(think track shorts) and an old school raglan baseball t-shirt that has some horrendously tacky dodgeball slogan that can double as a sexual innuendo.

DF is having so much trouble gaining weight. He's already a super skinny boy. He has a metabolism like NONE OTHER and I hate it. His unit is really active too and all he's done is lose weight even though he's gained muscle.
