Even though being LDR is tough, does he ever do things that remind you just exactly why you're dealing with the LDR in the first place??

Josh had me check the mail on Thursday, and i find two dozen roses. Mind you, it's not my birthday, not my anniversary, nothing. Two dozen beautiful red roses, with a card that basically says,: I love you so very much. I can't wait till we can spend every day together. Good luck with your last week of school. I love you. -Joshua"

I mean come on, who can't love when they get flowers for no real reason. God, I love that boy...

Yesterday I got to work and he sent me a text message that said "Totally loves the Webbins" (his nickname for me)... he doesn't usually do that, so it made me smile. That's all I got at the moment.

i put this in the boot camp forum a week ago but i'll stick it here too. i got this text from DF last week. he took the beginning of each of the love songs he listens to and made a sentance:

“Tonight and the rest of my life” I want to hold you in my arms “my love” as you “close your eyes” and think about “far away” places and listen to “your song” and as I play with “the flame” of our love as we hold each other in “open arms” and as you “lay all your love on me” which is “amazing” cause “everything I do I do for you” because “I wanna grow old with you” “until the end of time” “faithfully” cause I “cant help falling in love” with you as I will be “right here waiting” for you.

he sends me sweet texts like this every once in awhile. i love it when he is in a lovey dovey mood

DB and I use to in a LDR and the one occasion that pops in my head was he was suppose to come visit me for my 21st, well his orders got extended (of course, right?!?), so he bought me a ticket to come and visit him in Norfolk. Well, two weeks later it was my birthday and he did tell me that his orders ended right before my birthday so he surprised me... spending my birthday with him and receiving my promise ring is at the top of my list of wow moments

DF sent me this really long detailed love letter a week or two ago. It had me in tears.
He talked about how he couldn't wait to be my husband and a father figure to my little sister. It kept going on like that for a little while. He had some carnations sent to my work a few days later. He knows that I prefer those over any other flower. And I had one flower for each month he says he's been in love with me... I had 2 dozen carnations. We've been best friends for like 3 or 4 years. I was a big ball of tears that day.

He must be a little psychic because he sends me emails on those days when I'm having a really bad day, even when I haven't told him about my day yet.

He will send me little txt that just say "I love you and i miss you" and last week i woke up to have facebook and myspace comments from him that just said "I just wanted to be on top, so just telling you i love you so much"
